After your order ships, it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for your equipment to arrive in your local area. At that time, you will be contacted by the carrier to set up a date and time for delivery. By leveraging our common carrier network we are able to give you competitive shipping fees and will deliver large and heavy items. We ship “curbside delivery only", meaning the truck will drop your item on the curb at most accessible point. For larger items (over 300 lbs) lift-gate service is required and can be requested, for an additional charge. You are responsible for moving the equipment into your home or business.

PLEASE NOTE: Common Carriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. You must be present to accept the delivery, and if for any reason there are damages, you must accept the order with damages, note the damage before signing, and contact us immediately with damage description.

Customers will be charged for a return delivery fee if no one is available. If the Common Carrier is unable to reach you to arrange delivery; you may be liable for storage fees until you can respond.
