McCollister's Fitness Systems utilizes a single point-of-contact approach. We provide our customers with a single point of contact for the coordination and execution of the installation process, from beginning to end. These specially trained customer service representatives will coordinate with our planning and dispatch teams to ensure your installation is prompt, efficient and meets all of your individual need requirements, with time-definite arrival and completion of installation.




Our team understands that customers may not always be able to receive their equipment right away. That's why we offer all of our customers the option of having an expedited delivery or storing their equipment in one of our large storage and distribution centers, and coordinating a date-specific delivery at a later date. Our drivers, crew and customer service teams work with all support our White Glove guarantee. This means that we take every possible measure to ensure that your equipment is cared for through the assembly process to the installation process.

Our Final Mile Service provides :

2. Storage and Care of Equipment before installation.


3. Drivers, Helpers, and Warehouse personal staff who are fully trained in the assembly and installation of fitness equipment.


4. A comprehensive quality control process in which we assemble and test all machines before delivery. If any repairs are necessary, we are able to address and resolve these issues before prior to delivery.


5. Friendly and helpful customer service and dispatch teams who coordinate with the customer for date specific deliveries.


6. On-site installation, placing, cleaning and testing of equipment to ensure "ready- for- use" equipment.


7. Technical Support Liaison service; we will repair, or ensure a certified technician visits each site for any necessary repairs.
