McCollister's Fitness Systems, Inc. proudly specializes in our Final Mile Delivery service. With our ready fleet of specialized lift-gate trucks and professionally trained personnel, McCollister's Fitness provides the high level of customer care and individual attention that you and your customers deserve.

White Glove Service:

McCollister's Fitness Systems, Inc. works as the primary service coordinator for Manufacturers, Individual Clubs and Residences before and after the installation is complete. Reliability and a superior customer experience are the hallmarks of our White Glove Service. Our unique cutomer service features promise personalized care and convenience as our customers always have a single contact to ensure their needs are met and answers to important questions are provided courteously and promptly.

Regional / National Storage and Distribution:

McCollister's Fitness Systems, Inc. currently operates three regional distribution centers providing service to the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Midwest markets. Additional facilities in Minnesota, Texas, Florida and California are scheduled to go on-line by the end of 2008 and will extend regional coverage throughout the continental US. Each distribution center utilizes bar-code technology which provides customizable inventory tracking features via the Internet. Not only is client inventory visible anytime, but shipments can be released using the McCollister's Inventory Management System. Every item in the distribution center receives an inventory tag that details activity from the moment the equipment arrives to the day it delivers.

On-site Tradeshow Management

Expert experienced staff work with you to budget, plan and manage your tradeshow program helping better manage event costs and optimize your ROI.

McCollister's event planners coordinate every facet of Tradeshow services from planning through equipment assembly and booth set-up at the show site. And once your tradeshow is successfully concluded, don't worry. McCollister's will dismantle and pack show materials, coordinate move-out, and insure efficient return transportation and handling services.

Used Equipment Trade-Out Program:

In addition to performing outstanding installation services, McCollister's Fitness Systems, Inc. also offers an aggressive used equipment trade-out program.

The program:


1. Offers removal of old equipment at no charge

This arms the manufacturer's sales representative with a cost savings program to offer to their clients. The program eliminates the cumbersome task of hiring outside moving help, and the aggravation faced by the club owner in selling off this equipment

2. Offers fair dollar value for used equipment

Should the equipment be in resale condition, the resale value helps to offset the cost of new product, and creates more room and floor space for newly acquired equipment

3. Offers quick payment

The dollar value of the used equipment may be reimbursed directly to the manufacturer or club owner, whichever is agreeable

4. Offers the service of removal and trade-out of all cardio strength pieces and free weight equipment
