ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ** Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive ** We use our highly competitive network of common carriers to get you the best shipping rates possible! After your order ships, it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for your equipment to arrive in your local area. At that time, you will be contacted by the carrier to set up a date and time for delivery. (Please note a 4 hour window is needed). By leveraging our common carrier network we are able to give you competitive shipping fees and will deliver large and heavy items. This is “curbside delivery only", meaning the truck will drop your item on the curb at most accessible point. For larger items (over 300 lbs) lift-gate service is required and can be requested, for an additional charge. You are responsible for moving the equipment into your home or business. PLEASE NOTE: Common Carriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. You must be present to accept the delivery, and if for any reason there are damages, you must accept the order with damages, note the damage before signing, and contact us immediately with damage description. Customers will be charged for a return delivery fee if no one is available. If the Common Carrier is unable to reach you to arrange delivery; you may be liable for storage fees until you can respond. Failure to return the call from the Common Carrier freight company will result in expensive delays, which Atlas Fitness Direct, Inc will not be responsible for. Advise any members of your family or persons in your household to expect a pre-call prior to delivery from the freight/common carrier. CANCELLATIONS and SHIPMENT REFUSAL:

If order is cancelled after shipment you will be charged a 30% restocking fee and you will be responsible for all transportation costs. Please make every effort to contact us to discuss any shipment changes. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive equipment. Atlas Fitness Systems, Inc. ships all remanufactured/refurbished fitness equipment in good working order and is not responsible for damages occurred during shipping. You will receive a tracking number along with freight company website to check the status on your delivery. Any cancellation attempts after the order has been processed or refusal of a product for any reasons including damage is subject to a cancellation fee. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from the company, even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. DAMAGES: We will do everything possible to assist you. If the product needs to be returned to us, it must be in the same condition received including the packing material. If it is not in the same condition, you may be charged for additional services to restore it to original condition. |
